Coronavirus (COVID 19) and Your Credit Union
As you know, we have postponed our Annual Meeting at this time due to ongoing health concerns. Our number one priority is the safety of our staff and membership. As we follow along with new guidelines and recommendations, we will provide ample notice as to when we may be able to hold our Annual Membership Meeting.
Along with many other organizations, we are also actively working to deter the spread of coronavirus by taking precautions where possible to protect our members and employees. We want to assure you that we are following the Centers for Disease Control guidelines to appropriately respond to this potential public health threat. These include:
· Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
· Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
· Stay home when you are sick
· Wash or sanitize your hands often. This is especially important after using an ATM
We have also implemented guidelines for our staff to increase sanitizing efforts in high-touch areas inside all of our branch locations. At this time, we are keeping normal business hours at all branches and our contact center. We are prepared to address the needs of each branch on a case-by-case basis to combat any potential health concerns. Your credit union accounts are accessible 24/7 via Digital Banking or your Mobile App.
If possible, we recommend that you utilize your online, mobile and telephone banking as your primary channels to conduct business.
